Product Color, Sizing, and Manufacturer Variations

Shop Blank Apparel sources products from a variety of manufacturers and authorized distributors. Product specifications, colors, fabrics, sizing, construction methods, country of origin, and packaging may change without notice at the manufacturer's discretion.

While we make every effort to accurately display product colors and product information, actual colors may vary due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, photography, dye lot variations, and manufacturing tolerances.

Sizing charts are provided by manufacturers as a guideline only. Minor variations in garment measurements may occur and shall not be considered defects.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Certain features, including stitching, labels, packaging, or garment construction, may vary from the images displayed on our website.

Such variations shall not qualify as manufacturing defects and are not grounds for return, exchange, refund, or compensation.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By placing an order with Shop Blank Apparel, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card provider, bank, or payment processor.

Where an order has been shipped, delivered, or fulfilled in accordance with the information provided by the customer, Shop Blank Apparel reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and recover all associated costs, including administrative fees, collection costs, legal fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred in defending the claim.

Force Majeure

Shop Blank Apparel shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, labour disputes, supply chain interruptions, government actions, pandemics, power outages, internet service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, delivery estimates and performance obligations may be extended for a reasonable period of time without liability to Shop Blank Apparel.

Backorders and Inventory Availability

Inventory levels displayed on the website are updated regularly but are not guaranteed. Due to the nature of the apparel industry and reliance on third-party suppliers and warehouses, products may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If an item becomes unavailable, Shop Blank Apparel may, at its discretion:

• Remove the unavailable item from the order and issue a refund for that item;

• Offer a comparable substitute product;

• Place the item on backorder; or

• Cancel the affected portion of the order and provide a refund.

Shop Blank Apparel shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from inventory shortages, discontinued products, or supplier stock discrepancies.
