All orders are processed and shipped directly from our distribution partners across Canada. Because these facilities are dedicated fulfillment centres, customer pickups cannot be accommodated.

For many destinations located within the same province as the shipping warehouse, delivery is often completed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier schedules, destination, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
