How We Ship

To provide the fastest delivery possible, orders are fulfilled from one of our Canadian distribution centres based on product availability and inventory levels. Our team automatically selects the most efficient shipping location—no action is required on your part.

If your order contains products stocked at different locations, it may arrive in multiple shipments. If this applies, you'll receive tracking information for each package.

Shipping Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers including UPS and Purolator to ensure reliable delivery across Canada.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Order Processing

Orders placed before our daily processing cut-off are typically packed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
